Once you've chosen a model/talent or group, fill out the invoice or email with the name(s) and with information about you, the modeling job, and your dollar offer.
Finder's Fee A 20% finder's fee applies to all payable amounts (models' payment, usage fees, and exclusion fees).
Usage Fees for Assignment Photography Hourly rates negotiated between clients and models are for the models time and often are separate from the fee required by the model to release their rights to the images.
The model may wish to negotiate an additional rate for any use of the photographs, or reproductions or adaptations thereof, or drawings wherefrom, either complete or in part, alone or in conjunction with any workings or drawings, other than the permitted use.
Unless otherwise agreed to via a limited release (as opposed to a full release for stock photography), the 'permitted use' is for the photographer's personal use only and EXCLUDES uses such as the following: Annual report Billboard Book cover Broadcast Brochure Catalog Consumer magazine Consumer news Counter card Editorial Model/talent endorsement Package Point-of-purchase Poster Out-of-home Album cover Trade Web/Internet It is not permitted to use photographs for any purpose whatsoever until all fees have been paid.
Rates for all foreign material are to be separately negotiated.

Exclusion Fees A special fee may be negotiated when the work is in conjunction with a product which precludes work for competing products. It is the CLIENT'S responsibility to check with MOJO NY/Jones Model and Talent to determine whether conflicting work has been done. If a model advertises a product he/she is able to work for any competitor unless an exclusion fee has been negotiated.
Aside from the 20% finder's fee, additional fee requirements are up to the individual talent's discretion and are negotiable.
First time clients should be prepared to provide reference information. Once we have this info on file you will not be asked for it again.
Go-Sees, Castings & the Buddy System Go-see's, castings, and auditions are free & HIGHLY recommended but all appointments will be based on the talent's time & availability. There may be a charge for fittings after a casting. Once references are obtained (see above), we will notify the talent of the audition request and let you know their decision. After an audition, any subsequent booking request should only be made through MOJO NY/Jones Model and Talent.
All of our talent will be asked to use the "buddy system" with all new clients, so expect them to show up with a friend and definitely if the talent is under 18 years old.
Requests to receive entire hardcopy portfolios will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the individual models themselves.
It is MOJO NY/Jones Model and Talent's policy to request that clients keep us informed of all contact they have with our listed talent before, during, and after assignments. We also request that all future booking inquiries for those models go through MOJO NY/Jones Model and Talent. Finally, we hope that clients respect the fact that our talent should not be solicited directly for representation or be referred to other clients, managers, or agents.
When paying MOJO NY/Jones Model and Talent talent, most will require cash or postal money order. If the shoot will run for more than a day, our talent may request a deposit for 50% of the estimated total before the project begins.
MOJO NY/Jones Model and Talent finder's fee should be paid separately and can be paid with a mailed check (company or certified only, no personal checks), Paypal, or credit card.
